Water Treatment Solutions

Cooling Water Treatment

Chemical treatments that maintain clean heat transfer surfaces are a continuous problem for all industrial cooling water processes. This entails providing corrosion, scale, and biological fouling protection so that equipment can run continuously with minimal downtime. Mineral scales and sludge are among the pollutants that can cause deposit formation in cooling towers. Deposition obstructs heat transmission, accelerates corrosion, inhibits water movement, and reduces process efficiency and output.

Boiler Water Treatment

To avoid damage to the boiler, the quality of the water is critical. Depending on the source, makeup water may contain a significant amount of contaminants as well as dissolved oxygen. If not addressed, this causes fouling of the boiler's heat transmission surfaces, corrosion, and higher fuel consumption. Pitting corrosion causes boiler tube failures, which can cause downstream equipment damage.

Chiller Water Treatment

The majority of chillers use water to transfer heat. The system is more corroded than it is scaled since it is operated at low temperatures. In most closed cooling circuits, microbiological fouling, or corrosion caused by anaerobic bacteria, is a concern. To avoid scaling, corrosion, and biological growth, the water must be adequately treated.

Portable Water

Potable water (often referred to as drinking water) is water that is safe to drink and prepare food with. In 2015, 91 percent of the world's population had access to improved drinking water, up from 76 percent in 1990, according to the World Health Organization. Furthermore, 2.6 billion people have had increased access to drinking water since 1990.

The removal of pollutants from raw water for the production of drinking water results in water that is pure enough for human consumption while posing no health risks. Contaminants can take many forms, including fungi, viruses, algae, bacteria, and minerals like as iron.

Swimming Pool Water Treatment

Swimming pool water must be treated to keep it clear and clean, free of dangerous compounds, bacteria, viruses, algae, and other diseases, and safe for swimmers to use.

Dosing Systems and Controllers

In any water treatment application, dosing systems are critical. Chemicals used at the appropriate concentrations provide adequate protection against scaling, corrosion, and microbiological growth. It provides numerous advantages, including increased security, energy, manpower, and downtime savings.
